Aluminum Diamond Metal Matrix Composite Description

The thermal conductivity of Aluminum Diamond Metal Matrix Composite is 550 ~ 700 W/mK, which is far higher than the copper base plate and copper-molybdenum plate. It is lightweight - only 1/3 weight of the copper baseboard, and it has been tested well suited for solving the problems created by GaN’s extremely high powder density. These factors make Al-Diamond MMC an ideal thermal management material. With the further decline in the price of diamond powder, the application of aluminum diamond composites has become popular.
