506HO-2 Catalyst for Dehydrogenation Description
506HO-2 Catalyst for Dehydrogenation is a precious metal-oxide system dehydrogenator, primarily used for dehydrogenation purification of inert gases such as nitrogen and argon. For inert gases with a high oxygen content (0.5-2%), hydrogen is added to remove oxygen, and excess hydrogen is then removed to obtain high-purity gas that is both oxygen- and hydrogen-free.

506HO-2 Catalyst for Dehydrogenation Applications
- Hydrogen removal from oxygen in industrial water electrolysis for hydrogen production.
- Hydrogen purification in electrolysis workshops, hydrogen operation rooms, and space gas environments (e.g., satellites, power plants, battery rooms, submarines).
- Hydrogen purification in electrochemical medical oxygen generators.
506HO-2 Catalyst for Dehydrogenation Packaging
Our 506HO-2 Catalyst for Dehydrogenation is carefully handled during storage and transportation to preserve the quality of our product in its original condition.
Instruction For Use
- The HO-2 type catalyst is evenly loaded into the reactor. Inert gas is introduced to displace the air in the system.
- The space velocity of the inert gas is set to 150-200 hr⁻¹.
- The reactor is heated to raise the catalyst temperature to 180°C–200°C. Once the temperature stabilizes, normal gas flow can be introduced for dehydrogenation purification.
