506TJW-1 Dehydrogenation Catalyst Description
506TJW-1 Dehydrogenation Catalyst is a precious metal catalytic system. It is primarily used to remove hydrocarbons and methane from oxygen-containing gases or gases containing oxygen. The working principle is that when the raw gas passes through the catalyst, the hydrocarbons and methane impurities in the gas react with oxygen to form water and carbon dioxide, achieving the goal of eliminating hydrocarbon impurities.

506TJW-1 Dehydrogenation Catalyst Applications
- Removal of hydrocarbons and methane from oxygen-containing gases or gases with oxygen.
506TJW-1 Dehydrogenation Catalyst Packaging
Our 506TJW-1 Dehydrogenation Catalyst is carefully handled during storage and transportation to preserve the quality of our product in its original condition.
Instruction For Use
- Evenly load the 506TJW-1 catalyst into the reactor without vibration or compaction, and seal the reactor.
- Turn on the heating power and control the temperature in 2–3 stages (or use a programmed temperature ramp) to stabilize the catalyst reactor at 350°C. Once the catalyst temperature is uniform, introduce the gas to be purified, and the system is ready for use.
- With this catalyst, no pre-treatment, activation, or regeneration is required, and it can be used continuously for many years.
