Cobalt Based Welding Rod CoCrWC Description
Cobalt Based Welding Rod CoCrWC is composed of complex carbides within an alloy matrix, offering exceptional resistance to wear, galling, and corrosion. These rods maintain their superior properties even at high temperatures.
Compared to Stellite 6, Cobalt-Based Welding Rod contains a higher fraction of hard, brittle carbides, resulting in enhanced resistance to low-angle erosion, abrasion, and severe sliding wear while retaining reasonable impact and cavitation resistance. Similar in composition to Stellite 12, this rod features higher tungsten content, providing better high-temperature properties and usability at temperatures up to approximately 700°C.
