Nickel 201 Capillary Tube Description
Nickel 201 Capillary Tube refers to a high-precision, small-diameter tube made from Nickel 201 alloy, which is a commercially pure nickel material with a low carbon content. This alloy is designated as UNS N02201. Nickel 201 is essentially similar to Nickel 200 (UNS N02200), but with a modification that reduces carbon content, making it less susceptible to embrittlement by intergranular carbon at high temperatures and thus more suitable for use in environments where temperatures exceed 315℃. Nickel 201 has good corrosion resistance to caustic soda and chlorine. In particular, it is often used as a material for caustic soda manufacturing equipment using the diaphragm electrolysis method.
