Invar 36 Capillary Tube Description

Invar 36 Capillary Tube is a precision-engineered, small-diameter tube made from Nickel 200 alloy, which is a commercially pure nickel material characterized by its high nickel content of at least 99.2%. This alloy, designated as UNS N02200, is known for its excellent mechanical properties and resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, particularly caustic solutions. Nickel 200 is similar to Nickel 201 (UNS N02201), with the primary difference being a slightly higher carbon content in Nickel 200, which is not as optimized for service at temperatures above 600°F (315°C) due to the risk of graphitization.
