Description of Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace

Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace is mainly used for vacuum sintering and pressure sintering of Sic, Si3N4, and other ceramic parts. The furnace combined hot isostatic pressing, stripping agent, atmosphere treatment, and vacuum sintering into one machine. The pressurization process of the machine is carried out at the sintering temperature, so that the binder phase metal and tungsten carbide particles flow into any gaps that may exist, maximally eliminating residual pores and defects inside the product, and thus the strength and service life of the alloy are greatly improved.

Characteristics of Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace

• Temperature Uniformity: The furnace uses three or four independent heaters with reasonable power distribution to ensure a uniform temperature in the high-pressure heating zone.

• Safety Protection Measures: The switching of the door, the rising of the temperature, the pressure in the furnace, and the operation of each valve are automatically and safely locked, and the pressure release valve is provided under various conditions such as emergency and power failure. The cooling water system is equipped with pressure, temperature and flow monitoring, and the single cooling water circuit is equipped with flow monitoring to prevent equipment damage caused by water shortage failure.
