Vacuum Sealed Crucible Mobile Tube Furnace OTF-1200X-DVD Description
Vacuum Sealed Crucible Mobile Tube Furnace is a splittable tubular furnace with a crucible sliding function (manually pushing) in a high vacuum or air-tight atmosphere, with a maximum temperature of 1200 °C. The vacuum-sealed manual push crucible is actualized by a magnetic coupling vacuum push system. There is a thermocouple inside the tube, which displays the temperature at the location of the crucible in real-time. This equipment can perform titanium sheet annealing, rapid heat treatment, hybrid physical and chemical deposition (HPCVD), rapid thermal evaporation (RTE), and horizontal Bridgman crystal growth (HDC) under various atmospheres for the research of new-generation materials. The exhaust port is equipped with liquid/gas separation, which can separate the liquid and gas in the exhaust gas and can be used for sediment analysis and collection.

Vacuum Flanges and Vacuum Actuator
