1100C Microwave Heated Tube Furnace GSL-MW-25 is a microwave tube furnace capable of reaching temperatures up to 1100°C. It offers optional tube sizes of 1", 1.57", and 2" in diameter, accommodating a variety of sample sizes. This furnace features a precision SCR controller that allows for 30 programmable segments, ensuring temperature accuracy within ±1°C.
It is equipped with stainless steel and aluminum shielding for effective protection against microwave radiation. The furnace boasts rapid heating capabilities, achieving speeds of up to 20°C per minute, thanks to its SiC fibrous heating elements. For maximum energy efficiency, the furnace is insulated with vacuum-cast thermal insulation material, minimizing heat loss and reducing energy consumption.
