Methanation Catalyst Description
Methanation Catalyst is used in the process of converting CO, CO and H in synthesis gas such as natural gas, coke oven gas and coal-to-gas into CH. It is mainly used for deep purification, so that CO+CO in the gas is ≤10ppm. After modification, it is also suitable for synthesizing CNG, LNG and other devices with coal and coke oven gas as raw materials, and the conversion rate is over 99.9999%.
The catalyst shortens reduction time, saves reduction time and reduces energy consumption. It is resistant to high pressure and high airspeed, and the airspeed can reach 15000h under the pressure of 32MPa. The addition of new additives makes the conversion rate high and low-temperature activity good. The body does not contain physical water, the volume shrinkage rate is low, and the strength reduction rate after reduction is low.
