Nickel Fiber Felt Description
Nickel Fiber Felt is a fiber felt made of pure nickel metal. The product has a continuous three-dimensional mesh and can achieve extremely high porosity and pore size. Nickel felt has better passivation ability on the anode side of AEM. Nickel has a strong passivation ability and can quickly form an extremely thin passivation film on the surface, which can resist corrosion from the atmosphere, alkali and certain acids. Compared with nickel metal mesh, nickel fiber felt has a larger specific surface area and more contact with the anion exchange membrane, which can reduce contact resistance. Thanks to the stability of nickel metal and the continuous three-dimensional structure of fiber felt, nickel fiber felt material is more suitable for use as a diffusion layer in anion exchange membrane electrolyzers.
