Copper Fiber Felt Description
Copper Fiber Felt is a high-performance filter material created by laminating multiple layers of copper woven wire mesh, followed by pressing and vacuum sintering. This process results in a material with high mechanical strength and a rigid overall structure. The mesh holes in each layer are interlaced to form a uniform and ideal filtering structure, addressing the limitations of ordinary metal wire mesh, such as low strength, poor rigidity, and unstable mesh shape. The pore size, permeability, and strength characteristics can be precisely tailored and designed, giving the Copper Fiber Felt excellent filtering accuracy, low filtering impedance, high mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, and processability.
