The furnace comprises four small tube furnace modules, each equipped with an alumina tube measuring 25 mm in outer diameter, 22 mm in inner diameter, and 460 mm in length. Each heating module operates independently, allowing precise temperature control up to 1700°C without any temperature influence between the modules. This independent control feature ensures highly accurate and reliable results, making it ideal for complex thermal processing tasks.
In addition to its precise temperature control, the GSL-1700X-MGI-4 is equipped with a quickly sealed flange, vacuum gauge, and flow meter. These components enable heat treatment under vacuum conditions or with flowing gas, providing versatility for a wide range of experimental requirements. The ability to process up to four samples simultaneously at different temperatures further enhances the furnace's efficiency and productivity.
