Airtight Flanges and Sliding

- 5" Dia. Water-cold stainless-steel flange with silicone O-ring and valves for airtight heat treatment
- Right side flange will be driven by a dual compressive cylinder for closing or opening via electric valves
- A Digital pressure sensor is built-in to control pressure from 1 Pa to 200 KPa automatically
- Max. The vacuum level is dependent on the vacuum pump.
- One rotary vacuum pump is included, which can reach a 10 Pa vacuum.

Sample Stage (Holder)

- ~ 100 x 100 mm sample stage with baffles are made of machinable alumina
- The sample stage is installed with a slidable flange on the right side
- One crucible holder (made of alumina) with 4 holes is included to carry 4 alumina crucibles with 40 mm dia x 40 mm height
- 8 pcs 36 ml pure alumina crucible are included for immediate use
- Customized sample holder and the crucible are available upon request
