1200C 3 Zone Furnace with Sliding Flange, Gas Mixer & Vacuum Pump OTF-1200X-5-III-SF is a splittable 5" (O.D) three-zone tube furnace capable of rapid heating up to 1200°C. By adjusting the temperature in its three zones, it can create a thermal gradient. This furnace comes with all necessary accessories for immediate use and is ideal for annealing, diffusing, and sintering samples in various atmospheres. Additionally, it features an anti-corrosive Pirani Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge, enabling precise vacuum measurements even with aggressive gases.

- To obtain an accurate temperature inside the tube furnace, you need to calibrate the temperature by yourself. Please contact us for more information.
- Warning: Tube furnaces with quartz tube are designed for use with vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bar / 3 psi
- Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.
- Vacuum limit definition for all quartz tube furnaces: * Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
