Mid (high) temperature Carbon monoxide Shift Catalyst Description
Mid (high) temperature Carbon monoxide Shift Catalyst is used to convert carbon monoxide in natural gas, refinery gas, coke oven gas, blast furnace gas and other synthesis gas into carbon dioxide, so that the carbon monoxide (dry gas) in the gas is less than 3%, so as to achieve the purpose of gas purification.
It can adapt to a low water-to-carbon ratio, achieve the purpose of energy-saving and consumption reduction, and has a high conversion rate under the same water-gas ratio operating conditions. The active composition of the catalyst is γ-FeO, and its crystal phase structure and activation energy are better than α-FeO. Therefore, the catalyst has high low-temperature activity and particle strength. It has strong resistance to water vapor condensation, and the situation of liquid and water in the process of use has no effect on the catalyst for a short time. The catalyst has high strength and stronger heat resistance.
