PSM Deoxygenation Catalyst Description
PSM Deoxygenation Catalyst is mainly used in the industrial production of polypropylene to remove trace oxygen in liquid phase propylene. The polymerization main catalyst used in the production of polypropylene is very sensitive to impurities such as trace sulfur, carbon monoxide, oxygen, arsenic, etc. in propylene. These impurities can cause poisoning of the polymerization main catalyst, greatly reduce the activity of the catalyst, and affect the product quality. Therefore, each polypropylene plant has undergone a strict and refined process of desulfurization, deoxidation, and arsenic removal.
PSM Deoxygenation Catalyst is a kind of deoxidizer that can directly remove nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, ethylene, propylene, saturated alkane, and other gases and trace oxygen in liquids without hydrogenation at room temperature. After the deoxidizer fails, it can be regenerated and reused. The characteristic of this deoxidizer is that under the condition of ensuring normal deoxidation accuracy, it will not produce the phenomenon of flying temperature burning tower that is often encountered in the process of use.
