Phase Change Thermal Interface Sheet Description
Phase Change Thermal Interface Sheet is a thermally conductive phase change material with a phase change temperature of 50℃. The product is a solid sheet at room temperature and becomes fluid after exceeding the phase change temperature. It has excellent lubricity and compressibility and can be cut into any size according to customer requirements. It attaches between the heat sink and power-dissipating electronics and fills the gap between the heat source and the heat sink to minimize thermal resistance. The product is easy to operate and has high reliability.
