Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) Bead Description
Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) Beads are advanced ceramic grinding media used in various milling and grinding applications, particularly where high precision, efficiency, and material purity are required. ZTA is made of alumina as the main material and zirconium oxide as the toughening auxiliary material through a unique rolling forming and high-temperature sintering process. These are suitable for the dispersion and grinding of medium and low viscosity materials in disc sand mills (stripping mills). It is an economical zirconium series grinding media, especially suitable for the dispersion and grinding of non-ore metal materials.
