Sintered Laminates

The sintered laminates are made of layers of woven wire mesh with different meshes and diameters through high temperature sintering. Compared with stainless steel fiber felt, sintered laminates are more strength while compared with P/M products sintered laminates are more permeable. With high temperature resistance, weldability, reusability, uniform aperture distribution and long lasting product life, sintered laminates are wildly applied as filter media under high differential pressure and high temperature.

Sintered laminates are high strength porous materials. They are made from stainless steel and other alloys. Several layers of woven wire mesh are permanently bonded together by a unique diffusion bonding (sintering) technique.

The material that results has far greater strength, abrasion resistance and filtration characteristics than can be obtained from a single layer of fine mesh.
