Metal Injection Molding Feedstock 17-4PH (MIM) is manufactured by mixing fine metal powder with waxes and polymers to create the foundation for what will become the MIM part. Pelletized Feedstock is then injected into the molding machines and molds to create a green part. It has good fluidity, high degreasing and sintering efficiency, and high sintering density.
Metal Injection Molding (MIM) means using metal powder as raw material, adding composite particles of polymer materials in the mixing and refining process, and using the "forming + sintering" method to manufacture materials and product powders materials, so as to be applied to precision structural parts. MIM can realize the integrated manufacturing of parts of different materials. It has the characteristics of wide material adaptability, a high degree of automation, and a high degree of batch production.
