Description of Magnesium Nickel (Mg-Ni) Master Alloy

Magnesium Nickel alloy is a maste alloy obtained by high-temperature melting means of metallic nickel and metallic magnesium. Nickel can increase the tensile strength and mechanical properties of the material. At the same time, it is also a hydrogen storage alloy, which is lighter in weight, higher in hydrogen storage density and less environmentally polluted than other hydrogen storage alloys.

Applications of Magnesium Nickel (Mg-Ni) Master Alloy

-Used as a nodulizer. The main role is to change the state of the graphite and increase the hardness of the rolls.

-Used as a negative electrode material for nickel-metal hydride batteries.

- Additives for ductile iron that enable the efficient addition of Mg to the molten iron.

- Turbocharger shell.

- Internal combustion engine exhaust pipe
